Leadership is a gift that is received, and grown. Identifying this gift, integrating it with contemporary skills, and building it upon a foundation of godly character will enable you to hone your leadership skills in partnership with God for deeper spiritual impact!

Everyone that God gives to the team is different. Each person needs to be understood and positioned in the right place for their functioning. Come and learn what different personalities need from you as their leader, and how to position them in team-roles. This module also studies a model for the unity-quotient of a team & roles one can play as peace-making leader, healing and restoring unity amidst conflict.
