Raising A Core

CLR's Raising A Core module is designed to help leaders identify, recruit, and build a strong Core from within to strengthen both the life and mission of the Small Group.

As a leader, through this 2-part teaching video, you will be equipped and inspired to:

• Call a group of Core Members within your Group and invest in them
• Train them to use their gifts in running the Group and caring for people
• Raise them to serve as a team during the season you are in the Group
