Preaching Coaching – Raising Preaching Teams

Description:

“Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honour, especially those who labour in preaching and teaching.” (1 Tim 5:17) The preaching and teaching gift is developed from small group word settings, to ministry devotional settings, to pulpit settings. Investing in a few who will labour and grow these skills will go a long way in improving the quality of learning, establishing a church that is rooted in and guided by God’s word.

Modules/Learning Outcomes:

• Discover the key tenets of preaching to mind, heart and will in sermon craft
• Practise preparing and delivering a devotional sharing
• Receive coaching in preparation and delivery of sermons
