The gift of leadership is a specific gift with specific traits. More importantly the gift reaches its full potential within a special environment as described in the Bible.  Understanding the 7 facets of this gift will allow you to discern your strengths and weaknesses and how to grow and leverage your leadership style!

  • Discern your strengths and weaknesses, and learn how to leverage your leadership style
