(Ephesians 5:22 MSG) How can we be good partners in ministry and draw out the best in our spouses and our service to the Lord? This track seeks to give wives of leaders a biblical framework to consider their role, the season they are in and what priorities to establish for their marriage and ministry.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain a better sense of calling and be encouraged to exercise a more prayerful and reflective approach to life


Course Commitment: 5 Sessions of 2 hours each

I am fearfully and wonderfully made but how can I live out my Godgiven destiny? Through a teaching and reflection journey, we will discover our story and the substance of our life, how God has shaped us with certain convictions to contribute to the world and trained us to have the strength for it.

  • Gain a fresh appreciation and increased faith to know God has endowed us with a foundation with convictions and resilience

Women hear so many voices about who they are and what they should or shouldn’t do but what does it mean to be a Godfearing woman and daughter of God? Through a 2 Day 1 Night retreat, we will look at Scripture to find anchors for our feminine soul, and consider our sense of identity as well as our mission in life.

Description:

One body of Christ, made up of many members. How do we use our gifts in a way that is more than the sum of its individual parts? Through a biblical study of 1 Corinthians 12 and a biblically integrated DISC personality and team building exercise, we will learn how to serve in our gifts, with our Godgiven personalities, for kingdom purposes.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Study and reflect on 1 Corinthians 12 and be inspired to serve in your gifts
  • Go through a biblically integrated DISC personality and team building exercise to increase cohesiveness in your team


Course Commitment: 1.5h per session, 2 sessions (Recommended in halfday retreat setting)

Whether you have a leadership role in an organisation, or you have friends, neighbours or followers, the impact you have on the people around you depends on the quotient of influence you leverage. Come and discover how you measure in these quotients and grow in your influence for Christ!

Description:

Knowing when to coach and when to mentor there will come a time in our Christian walk when we are faced with a specific situation, task or responsibility, that apart from character, calls for practical direction and steps in order to breakthrough for God’s purposes. Through this track, using the acronym I.D.E.A, we will look to scripture for a process to coach in the skills aspect of discipleship, to become a skillful coach in drawing out abilities, and helping people grow in Christ in relevant and practical ways.

Modules/Learning Outcomes:

  • Study what the bible says about coaching
  • Learn a process to coach in the skills aspect of discipleship
