Track Description:

The “shepherd” is the strongest picture of what it means to lead and to impact people for Jesus. It is a picture that describes caring.

As shepherd-leaders, we do not just lead in tasks, but are also called to care holistically for our members.

We may face seasons where we meet in-person or constrained to meeting online whether through work overseas or even Pandemic. Amidst these, how do we care for our members and teams in times of struggles in their lives?

  • Learn to listen to members stories and to care for them through connection and visitation

  • Praying pastorally for people and God’s word over them with authority

Whether part of a Small Group or a Ministry, this module seeks to train leaders & core-teams in having effective pastoral conversations with members to encourage, build up & shepherd them, thereby sustain ministry momentum despite challenges.
