Unlike employing external pastors, succession planning is intentional about growing potential pastoral leaders that God has given your church and journeying with them towards being effective pastors that are a good fit.

  • Understand the levels of pastoral positions in succession planning
  • Develop the ability to nurture and coach potentials at a specific level in their skill and inner life
  • Learn to ascertain experience and inner life formation when interviewing candidates

Through this track, elders will understand the crucial role they play, as Christ exercises his headship through spiritually mature leaders.
