How do we align God’s resources in a concerted direction? How do we help all ministries grow and develop? This track seeks to address questions like these through a process of strategic planning for the churchyear that involves reviewing past year’s indicators, charting the new year’s direction, integrating churchwide and ministry needs and creating a calendar with space and collaboration.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn various practices that make up the process of strategic planning for the churchyear
    • Reviewing past year’s indicators
    • Charting the new year’s direction
    • Integrating churchwide and ministry needs
    • Creating a calendar with space and collaboration


Course Commitment: 46 meetings of 11.5h, Plenary of 2 Days 1 Night OR 3 halfday retreats

Preaching is important. But having the preached word of God sustained through the seasons in your ministry requires good pulpit planning. To see the word of God fulfilled in your members’ lives is a sustained challenge that requires encouragement from and obedience to God’s word through pulpit planning!

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn 5 ways to strategize pulpit planning
  • Be equipped with lenses to view the pulpit calendar: exposition, topical, seeker/outreach
  • Identify the season your ministry is going through to plan a calendar for the need


Course Commitment: 23hr per Module, 2 Modules

Track Description:

In building a house, there needs to be strong pillars and platforms. Each play a different role and are interdependent. In God’s house, the values, and supporting ministries, along with its processes and programs are what make up the church. Let’s partner with God to build His people and house!
