This track seeks to address questions like these through a process of strategic planning for the churchyear that involves reviewing past year’s indicators, charting the new year’s direction, integrating churchwide and ministry needs and creating a calendar with space and collaboration.

Modules/Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn various practices that make up the process of strategic planning for the churchyear

Course Commitment: 46 meetings of 11.5h, Plenary of 2 Days 1 Night OR 3 halfday retreats

To see the word of God fulfilled in your members’ lives is a sustained challenge that requires encouragement from and obedience to God’s word through pulpit planning!

  • Learn 5 ways to strategize pulpit planning
  • Be equipped with lenses to view the pulpit calendar: exposition, topical, seeker/outreach
  • Identify the season your ministry is going through to plan a calendar for the need
