We help to examine existing discipleship process to identify the gaps and potential pitfalls, and administer appropriate strategies to address them. This process can be applied to any level of leadership, notably board member succession and cell leader succession.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Developing a robust and well-rounded discipleship process
  • Building a cohesive discipleship vision.


Course Commitment: 3 months coaching program with teaching

This track seeks to propel believers to live out their faith boldly and be unashamed to share the gospel.

Sometimes we overlook raising new leaders. Leaders get caught up in leading, followers are comfortable following and maybe leaders do not know how to mentor and coach their followers. Join us as we equip leaders to groom and raise new leaders, for a healthy leadership culture in your church.

A Church Health Snapshot is a good place to begin. Similar to how medical diagnostic tests allow for a helpful treatment plan, a combination of observation and focus group interviews will be used to evaluate your church ministries based on key health pillars, before making recommendations for church growth.

  • Receive a Church Health Snapshot and recommendations for church growth / health
