This process can be applied to any level of leadership, notably board member succession and cell leader succession.

Through this track, using the acronym I.D.E.A, we will look to scripture for a process to coach in the skills aspect of discipleship, to become a skillful coach in drawing out abilities, and helping people grow in Christ in relevant and practical ways.
