Track Description:

What are the current the discipleship processes of your church? Are there cultural resistance? We help to examine existing discipleship process to identify the gaps and potential pitfalls, and administer appropriate strategies to address them. This process can be applied to any level of leadership, notably board member succession and cell leader succession.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Developing a robust and well-rounded discipleship process
  • Building a cohesive discipleship vision.


Course Commitment: 3 months coaching program with teaching


Suitable For: Senior Pastors, Area Pastors, Board Members, Ministry Team Leaders and Cell Leaders


Suitable Group Size: 3-8 pax

Track Description:

A Church Health Snapshot is a good place to begin. Similar to how medical diagnostic tests allow for a helpful treatment plan, a combination of observation and focus group interviews will be used to evaluate your church ministries based on key health pillars, before making recommendations for church growth.


Learning Outcomes:

  • Receive a Church Health Snapshot and recommendations for church growth / health


Course Commitment: 23 months various meetings


Suitable For: Senior Pastoral Team, Church Board

The Core ‘P’s of Church Health

Track Description:

In building a house, there needs to be strong pillars and platforms. Each play a different role and are interdependent. In God’s house, the values, and supporting ministries, along with its processes and programs are what make up the church. Let’s partner with God to build His people and house!


Learning Outcomes:

  • Evaluate the health of your product, pillars, platforms and programs for a vibrant and overcoming community
  • Understand the environment needed for sustainable discipleship through pastoral leadership, process & peopleparticipation


Course Commitment: 23 hours per Module, 46 Modules depending on desired scope of coverage


Suitable For: Senior Pastoral Team / Council / Board / Discipleship Taskforce
