Journaling for Spiritual Transformation

Journaling for Spiritual Transformation

Track Description:

What can help us tease apart the many things that clutter our hearts and minds, to sense God’s work in our lives and experience renewal and deepening?

Journaling is a powerful spiritual discipline that can build faith through bringing clarity and courage about one’s life. Whether you prefer a note on your phone or a good old notebook, journaling helps with selfdiscovery, hearing God, and growing deeper in personal growth, posturing us for spiritual transformation!
